This is the Best tablet on the Market right now. The hardware is top notch. It's fast and filled with a lot of features that is very useful. The S-pen definitely differentiates this product from its competitors.I can easily take notes in meetings and classes with the S-pen and its very responsive. I use this tablet for both business and pleasure and I must say it is very useful in both aspects of my life. I highly recommend this tablet to anyone who is looking for performance and features. It is definitely worth the price.

I bought the galaxy note 10.1 2014 recently and have not been able to put it down since I got it. It's just amazing. Super sharp screen resolution, love the stylus and multitasking functionality built in.
I have had many different tablets over the years, but this is by far the best tablet on the market today.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1

I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 in November and I simply love it. The Note is light weight and easy to carry and it works faster than my Ipad. I gave my Ipad away. When the Note was received, it took me about an hour to set it up, however, I played with it nearly five hours, not realizing the time. I simply love the writing pen and learning how to use all of my features. I would recommend the Note over the Ipad in a heartbeat.

This is the best tablet out there. I've had this now for 2 weeks and have never had an issue. No lags no lockups and no reboots. I use this tablet at least 2.5 hours a day (long commute). Battery life is good, screen is amazing.
Can't say anything bad about this.
I gave Features 4 out of 5 only because i wish there was a true dock for it. one that would turn it into more of a laptop.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, works without issues.

I have had a Tab 2 10.1 for about a year now and was very pleased with it. I have to say that the price tag for the 10.1 2014 Edition - double what I paid for the Tab 2 10.1 was a little daunting BUT WOW !
This Tablet Blows the doors off of my previous tablet in every aspect - SPEEEEEED, Display and Features. Haven't used the pen much. The new feature I love is the split screen where you can open two apps at once on the same screen. I watch a video while leaving my email open. I love it.
I also just purchased the Samung Note 3 smartphone and this tablet has most of the same features as the Note 3. Love the compatibility and I really don't need to learn two new devices - basically only one.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: a little price but worth it

Awesome Tablet so long iPad

I have owned many Samsung products, smartphones, Galaxy Gear and now the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition replaces my mediocre iPad that I had thought was a great device. But the GN10.1 offers me much more in term of storage space, syncing my apps and notes, included stylus and awesome specs.
Don't follow the lemmings to the same old tablet, follow the leader who innovates.

Mostly good - one deal breaker

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone and love it. I'm a bit of a geek - with three decades in computer software and related systems.
I was eager to move away from a different manufacturer's tablet to the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014.
Initially I was quite satisfied with the Note 10.1. The screen is beautiful, and after receiving numerous updates, the performance was smooth. I tried several applications, including video streaming, web browsing, and note-taking. All were within my expectations – save one.
The deal breaker for me is very poor Bluetooth keyboard support. I intend to replace my existing tablet (which I use at work and home) with the Note 10.1. In order to support work activities, a keyboard is a must for me. I tried several keyboards and all of them suffered the same challenge with the Note 10.1: they would initially connect, then drop the connection every few seconds. These keyboards work fine with other devices, including my previous tablet and the Samsung Galaxy S4.
After digging around the Internet, I've found that I'm not alone with this problem. This problem is endemic to the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition.
If you need to have a dependable Bluetooth keyboard connection, then this is not the tablet for you.
I hope that Samsung can provide a fix – I’d love to keep this tablet.
