Hello, Tablet Shoppers!
First of all this is my first Tablet ever, but I also am a very conservative shopper and I do not just run out and buy the first thing I find, I do lots of research before I buy something as important as a Tablet.Second I am a writer and author, so my needs are great and very important.
I wanted a fast tablet, that had large storage capacity, and that had outstanding High Def, lots of RAM, able to utilize certain software products I use everyday, and I found both, I wanted a large screen, WI-FI outside of the home, good for travel purposes,able to operate more then one program at a time, without slowing down.
A great camera, in both front view and rear view. Plus I wanted all the best technology for todays market.

This has far exceeded even the High End Tablets to me and I read dozens of reviews.
How long have tablets been around? And I am just now buying me one, I was the same way with buying computers too, I wait till they iron out all the bugs, or as much as possible. Then I go shopping.
With the features this has in it, blows the competition right out of the water.
Then the Tech Support and the Warranty, both Very Good,
Super easy to learn how to use,a great battery that lasts me all day long over ten hours. I also bought a Tablet Case Cover that came with a Bluetooth Keyboard,and Micro USB Charging Cord, for the Fold out Keyboard, that you can just hook the charge cord to your computer and it then charges it up even while you are using it.
Not sure how long that takes to charge

Can't find a fault yet

I have only had my Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition 4 days, but I already love love this tablet. Initially one of the reasons I bought it is to load pdf documents so that I could read them side by side with my laptop. These pdfs include lots of illustrations, so it was important for me to be able to see the pics and not loose the text. My eyesight is way less than perfect and I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get the text large enough, but it works perfectly. It comes with Polaris Office, so didn't even need to add an app. I especially like that I can organize my files. I have no complaints with the pen, recognizes my script handwriting with accuracy. The few misspellings I've encountered are completely my bad. Being female, I wish the pen would pop out with a slight push instead of using my finger nail; a vain request.
Now for the fun part:
All my pics and apps magically appeared on my Note when I signed in to my Google account. Maneuvering around is just like my phone, so that learning curve was eliminated. I have viewed videos both on youtube and other web sites. Sound is good, even with music videos.
I made a few scrapbooks, one with gift ideas to share with my daughters. I've spent enough time on the internet to know it will fulfill most of my needs. I managed to use the remote with my TV (Samsung) and cable box. Nice to be able to have the TV guide in your lap. I really can't find fault. I am over the moon and have absolutely no regrets with my purchase. It is so much more than an iPad, in the end there was really no comparison and the Kindle just didn't provide me with the size I needed to see my pdfs. Well done Samsung!

The Galaxy Note 3 (2014) is good for new and experienced tablet users both. It is fast, has load of RAM coupled with excellent memory management, and if you choose the 32GB storage then add a 64GB micro-SD card to carry just about everything around with you. Samsung has put together a tablet PC that is worth the price! It. Just. Works!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, great hardware!, love the touchwiz!
Cons: a bit pricey but worth it!

I previously owned the Note 10.1 2012 Edition which I was very much in love with and figured the new edition would even be more fantastic. I am enjoying the new style, speakers are louder and faux leather is cool but the redesign of the home button placed in the middle bottom of the tablet was a bad idea. I use Snote for business (ever day) and the button constantly gets in the way, might have to go back to paper which was the whole reason I fell in love with the Note to begin with. Snote edit functions disappear sometimes and the templates have been redesigned but the previous templates worked better. The notification panel takes up more real estate huge inconvenience, liked the older version better. Older version of notification panel allowed you to multi task which is the very reason people love the Note 10.1. The calculator has been taken out of the multi tray, I also use a lot for business. For some odd reason with new processor tablet seem to be slower then the predecessor. I highly recommend the Note 10.1 2012 version until some of these kinks get fixed.

Cons: Did not meet expectations

Hands down, one of the most impressive, and intuitive smart devices available today! I love the seamless interface with all bells and whistles. It's like having the power of a desktop in the palm of your hands. So many outstanding features that just make multi tasking a breeze. I give it 5 stars all the way. If you're looking for a top of the line tablet that can get the job done then your search is over. Ever since I purchased the Galaxy Note 10.1 my old tablet has been collecting dust. I recommend this tab to everyone.

I purchased this tablet a little over a week ago and I love it. Upgraded from a Xoom and the difference between the two is like night and day. My wife has an iPad but IMHO the GN 10.1 2014 blows it away.

Me and my wife own both the Note 10.1 & the Note 10.1 2014 edition and love them both. The design, feel, display, performance and features, features, features. You can't go wrong with a tablet like this for business or pleasure. This Note 10.1 2014 is made so well I see no need to upgrade for at least 2 - 3 years.

I came from the first Galaxy Tab 10.1 and this was a big jump for me. The display and sharpless is amazimng. Very easy to move around. The power adaptor is now more universal with my Galaxy S3. Would like to see more apps for the mutil window in the air command and it would be nice to have a icon for the air command instead of using the pen to bring it back. battery life is very good considering the details in the video and how sharp the text in in the web browser. Wif works great using my Galaxy S3 as a hotspot. It is worth the price of the tablet but I would get the 32GB since it really is not much more, which is what I did. The sound is amazing, better than my Galaxy S3 which I thought was good.
