Excellent Tablet

This is one of the best tablets available. Only thing I can say negative is that Samsung takes way to long to update the operating system. Android. I just received 5.1.1 in November of 2015 while others had gotten it almost a year earlier. And Android 6 Marshmellow is due for release in December for my phone with Verizon but how long will it take before my tablet gets the same update is unknown and the tablet is one of the most modern and fully capable available and should always be kept up to date without having to wait a year when others get it as soon as it's available. Fix that Samsung.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: android should be kept up to date at all times.

I have owned this tablet since June 2014 and it has never let me down. This is a really nice tablet. Every product always has room for improvement but I must admit this one has no major disappointments. The book cover adds a lot of functionality which aids in my overall contentment. It loads Web pages and media fast. Sound quality and volume are one of the best i've experienced in a tablet. It has a nice feel in your hands. The S-pen is the best, most acurate stylus i've ever experienced. The display is vivid, bright, and crisp. If you're looking to increase your odds of happiness, I would suggest this tablet may be the one to bet on.

As a user of solely Samsung products (by choice and preference), it has been no surprise to me that my 10.1 Galaxy Note Tablet 2014 Edition is just one more amazing device in Samsung's arsenal of outstanding electronic designs.
I love my 10.1 Note Tab!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, comes with a pen!

Love my tablet

I have so much fun with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 that I can't wait to update to a new one in a couple of years. I have had a Kindle and a I something. Did not like either one. I decided to do research on all of the android brands out there. I narrowed it down to Samsung and another brand. Well I love all the features and the extras that come in a Samsung Galaxy Note tablet. I can do everything on my tablet. I am also a artist. I love being able to create my art on this tablet. Samsung has impressed me on their design of their tablets and phones that I am a customer for life, i own a Samsung camcorder . I have even turned my husband from a I something product to a Samsung customer. Thanks Samsung for great products.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, very tough.

Great tablet for sketching

I purchased this tablet for its sketching capabilities. Most importantly for me is the integrated stylus. The nib is fine enough for accurate markings, and the sketchbook app by autodesk is phenomenal. The scratch resistant gorilla glass is also a plus. I would recommend this device to my friends.

I love this tablet and I love everything Samsung makes. I currently own a Samsung Galaxy note 5, I own the Samsung Galaxy note 8.0 and I've also owned the note 2 and 3.
I will be selling my note 10.1 to achieve the 12.2!!!!

I do heavy file managing and organization. I've had many tablets until I got the Tab Note 10.1 2014 edition and its been nothing but perfect. Good screen quality with high power performance with a battery lasting for days with the almighty assistance of the S Pen, nothing suits my needs better.

What it can do for you

If you are considering purchasing a Tablet, there are a couple of things you need to consider. Are you buying for work, play? Quality or price? Performance or Design?
I'm not going to tell you that this Tablet is the best for all of these categories. Truth be told, you can find a cheaper tablet for entertainment, and you can probably find a better tablet for work (though it will cost you almost double what the Note 10.1 2014 edition will). But if you want something that does both INCREDIBLY well, then buy the Note.
It's screen is sharp and immersive , it's sound quality exceptional, and it runs videos and games without any flaw. There is nothing more you could want when it comes to entertainment.
For productivity, it more than gets the job done. I use the Note daily. I take it to every meeting (and unlike I-pad users, I actually USE it at every meeting, for the full time instead of placing it on the table as a status symbol), I use it for church, I answer emails, type papers and memo's, and the list goes on and on.
The Note feels great in the hand, and it looks great in the hand as well. It doesn't slip when I hold it without the case, and it is easy to navigate with or without the s-pen.
I could go on, but I think you get the idea. The Note is not a cheap tablet. Not in price, or in components, but you are paying for more than a name. You are paying for a product that will last you a long time, and will be with you for anything and everything you need.
