I have used Sonicare for over 15 years, this one is very disappointing. Maybe I have a lemon. I personally recommend Sonicare at our Dental Hygiene office, have not had now issues until now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In this case, we recommend replacing it for a new one. Moreover, the battery could be running out. Make sure to charge the toothbrush for a full 24 hours to ensure maximum efficiency. Lastly, it could be that the EasyStart feature is activated, which is designed to slowly increase the vibration of your toothbrush for a smoother adjustment.You can turn this feature off by following the user manual. This should increase the strength of vibration. Hope these tips help!
