Brush would not keep its charge

This was my second purchase of Philips Sonicare toothbrush. Once the indicator light let me know it was fully charged, I attempted to use but it would only stay charged for a few seconds. This continued and resulted with me having to toss it in trash.
Unfortunatey, I was not smart enough to keep packaging after I opened it so that I could attempt to return.

Bottom line model

Can not find my first model, this is my third brush first model broke up brushing time into four parts, after a short time battery does not last sven days.
Pros: greart cleaning
Cons: can't find middle level bursh
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The unit broke after 15 months of use, the switch failed to correctly turn it on/off; came on at random intervals for a short burst, and made it unusable. Did not reach the warranty end, but have no proof of purchase date.
Pros: great for brushing
Cons: doesn't last very long

The performance of this product has exceeded my expectations. It's not messy and leaves my teeth feeling cleaner than ever. I also love the timer feature that vibrates when it's time to move on from one side of your mouth to the other. Highly recommend. Used cheap electric toothbrushes for a long time and will never look back.

It is a great product and it tells you when you have to change from quadrant to have a great cleaning experience.

It gives you a great cleaning and since I started using it my gums are more healthy and my dentist is really happy with the results.

Good Toothbrush, bad stand

I love the toothbrush and have gotten great results from it. Lightweight, easy to use, great timer.
However the little stand and giant cord that come with it are annoying. The stand constantly falls over. And, Hello?, we have multiple toothbrushes. You would think they would have some sort of "family" stand to store/ charge all of them on one device.
Pros: toothbrush
Cons: stand

I purchased my first SonicCare at the urging of my dentist as I had toothbrush abrasian on my front teeth and pocketing occurring in the back. After three months of using my new SonicCare, both issues showed marked improvements and my cleanings were a breeze. I loved my SonicCare toothbrush.
Unfortunately, after about a year of use the device stopped working. I purchased another SonicCare, and had a similar experience. My only complaint with the product is that the price tag is high for a device that only lasts about a year.
Pros: definitely improves oral health, easy to use
Cons: only lasts about a year

This is my second sonicare. I replaced my first one after 10-15 years of use. My new unit works just as great. I would prefer a smaller brush head but certainly not a deal breaker! I appreciate the smaller handset-it's more comfortable to hold.
