I use the appliance once a day. I brush three times a day. What I found was the vibrations of the solid part of the brush head on my teeth as I turned it was uncomfortable. It has taken some time to develop the correct brushing technique.

The one thing I do not like is how the toothpaste easily gets inside, and it is a pain to try to keep it clean on the inside.
Pros: does a good job.
Cons: hard to keep clean.
