My dentist insisted I buy a electric toothbrush because I either push too hard and damage my gums or don't brush well enough and get a buildup of plaque. My dentist recommended Sonicare by name. Now every brushing leaves my mouth feeling like I just came from the dentist office. I should have bought this brush years ago. I'll never go back to a regular brush.
Pros: love the slender handle., long battery life., small charger doesn't use a lot of counter space., the quadrapacer ensures i do a thorough job
Cons: haven't found any yet

I love the simplicity. At 30 second intervals it beeps so you move from one area to the other, and it's just the right amount of time. My teeth feel and LOOK so clean and white, so much more so then with a standard toothbrush. The charge holds for a long time too; I don't even think I'd need to bring the base on short trips.
Pros: light weight, slight angle to brush, hold charge a long time

The only improvement I could recommend is adding 15 seconds to each of the cycles. That would make a three minute brush, instead of a two minute cycle. It is a pleasure to use though, and does an excellent job in cleaning. I just push the button again and finish up if it goes off before I am ready.
Pros: great cleaning, great battery longevity, nice sleek design
Cons: would like a little longer cleaning cycle, needs a little divit for finger/thumb hold
