Does a good job

I had two (2) failures of this tooth brush while in warranty. Phillips did a good job of replacing it both times. I do not use all of the features and will probablly get a diffierent model next time.

Worth every penny

Since I have bought this toothbrush, I haven't needed a teeth cleaning. I went three times in the last five years and was told my teeth are close to perfect and having them cleaned would be a waste of time and money. It's to useful that I travel all over the world with it.
Pros: cleanest teeth ever, rechargeable, reasonably priced, good customer service

This model's controls require you to manually cycle through all three brush modes to get to the mode you want and to turn the brush off. The higher end model allowed you to set your brush mode and when done, you could power it off without having to cycle through. Additionally, this unit only has a single dot LED for battery status. Unsure if it changes color or if the controller will just stop working when the battery gets too low. Our previous model had a series of LEDs indicating power level remaining.
Pros: it is a sonic
Cons: have to cycle brush modes in lieu of selecting one, only has single led (dot) for battery status

Really makes my mouth feel clean

I know that this toothbrush is helping me keep my teeth and gums in better condition that a manual toothbrush. I like the way it times the process so that you actually do brush each section for 30 seconds. I have problem gums and this brush is helping me keep them healthier. Only complaint is that I wish the handle was slimmer so it would be easier to hold and to move around the backs of the teeth. I do love how clean my teeth feel after I brush.
Pros: makes mouth feel clean

Excellent product. The timing feature helps you to brush for a full two minutes. The only negative is that the replacement brushes are expensive.

I've used Sonicare before..They are great. However, this design is NOT great. It is very hard to take the brush off, I have to grip the bristle end to get it pulled off. My husband and I share the handle so this gets old. The ones we've had in the past were very easy to take off the head. There is no traveling case with this product or stand for the brush head. I was very disappointed with this purchase.

We love the feature that it tells us 30 seconds have passed so that we can change place we are brushing. 2 minutes is not too long, and it gives us feeling of accomplishment. :-)

Gives smooth just cleaned feeling

I have used variations on this product for over ten years.This product produces the smooth feeling I get after a professional cleaning by the dentist. It is stronger and more effective than the older version; however, I would prefer a slightly larger head than it came with. I do not know if a larger head would fit this model. Overall, I cannot imagine returning to a standard tooth brush.
Pros: powerful cleaning wonderful mouth feel.
