This was purchased as a replacement for an older model. The battery life is astonishing, a newly designed body is both lithe and easy to hold and the timer feature performs great and is helpful.

and you don't have to keep it on the
charger all the time. Will last at least a
week off the charger.
But mine broke after about a year. This
time I am tapping the brush by the
handle only, not the brush head - after
brushing to shake off the water. Hope
it will last longer that way. Also registered
it this time for the warrenty.

After using for more than 10 years, I highly recommend Sonicare products. My oral health has improved. I will not go back to a manual brush or use another brand. Sonicare cleans better than others.
Pros: easy to use
