It is the best tooth brushing system in my world and even reduces plague and is hated by dental hygenists! It is easy to use and it only needs a slightly more descriptive of how the brush should be applied; one stroke or two over the gums in addition to the teeth.
Pros: easy to clean & maintain daily

I like the clean feeling you get from Sonicare. My gums feel refreshed. I notice less left when I floss. And I know I've brushed for the recommended amount of time.

It cleans better than any brush I've ever had. Holds a charge for weeks and weeks, has a built-in timer which encourages you to brush for a full 2 minutes. That seems trivial but it's a great feature so I end up brushing MUCH more than I use to and it has already improved my gums.
Pros: battery life, cleaning efficiency, promotes gum health, promotes long enough brushing
Cons: don't think it's suitable for more than one user
