My dentist recommended it because of my gum problems. After using it 3 month, my followup exam showed such major improvements that I may no longer need gum lazer treatment.
Pros: definitely improves dental hygene
Cons: it takes some getting used to

The Sonicare toothbrush is very easy to use and works great. The fact that it recharges is nice and makes it very convenient. Both my wife and I got one at the same time. Definitely a great purchase.

Our hygienist recommended the Sonicare for my wife and she told me how great it is so I went ahead and purchased one. My teeth feel so clean after brushing unlike any other electric brush I have ever used. In fact, my teeth still feel clean all day long. I highly recommend the Philips Sonicare.
