The on/off button is easy to push by accident when moving the brush around. Just a large brush head is my only suggestion.

Dentist recommended this product to clear plaque. Hard to tell if so until I return for another cleaning.

Came fully charged. Seems to hold the charge very well. Fairly compact and will fit in ditty bag when travelling. Hoping it does not turn on by itself when packed in bag. Design only average as I have turned it off a few times while in use. Switch should be relocated lower on the body.
Pros: does not foam toothpaste
Cons: tickles my upper palate

I do not like the idea that it turns itself off when it thinks I should be finished. Since I have tried to keep up with the feature that tells me to move to another area but I'm never finished. So that means I have to turn it on to finish my brushing of my teeth. Very inconvenient.
Pros: cleans teeth & gums well
Cons: automatic turn off feature

For the last 10 years we (my family and I) have been using Philips Sonicare electronic toothbrushes. My 10 year old daughter and I switched to this model and WE LOVE IT! It is much easier to maneuver and just much more comfortable. My wife can't wait until her old Philips Sonicare dies to get this new model!

I love the product with the exception of not having the 30 second interval option. I had it on another product and thought this one had it as well. This is an important feature in my dental care. I am disappointed!
