Great, but would almost prefere the Essence model.

So I just got this brush, and it's sleek, quiet, has awesome interval timers for when to switch where you're brushing, and an easy to attach head. Great for travel with its tiny little charger and overall definitely a sonicare product!
Though it's quiet and almost "calmness" seems to leave me feeling not quite as clean as the loud violent base model did. I imagine I'll get used to this one, but there's something to say for a company whose base model (Essence) is so amazing that it's hard to top!
Pros: quiet, sleek, portable, interval timers
Cons: seems less powerful than usual
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is so slim and easy to use.
I upgraded to this slim rechargeable one after using the battery operated one for a year. It's much easier to hold and keep charged.
My whole family has been using Philips electronic toothbrushes and we have recommended it.

Does a great job cleaning my teeth

I was very happy with the performance of this toothbrush until the warranty expired. Then the switch decided to act up. The toothbrush would start by itself in the middle of the night! Very annoying to have to get out of bed and turn it off only to have it come on again. Quarantined it in the garage and ordered a new one.

I have owned several Philips tooth brushes. None have lasted 3 years. Most only 2-2 1/2 years. Some were replaced by Philips warranty. Some I bought the replacement. I am really disappointed with the performance of these relatively expensive rechargeable toothbrushes.

It cleans the teeth fine, but is difficult to turn on and off and takes a lot of pressure to do so. The batteries run down very frequently. It is difficult to undo the battery cap to replace the batteries. I would not buy a battery operated model again. I have used my old Sonicare electrically charged model for years and loved it. This one was much less exepnsive so I purchased it. I will probably discard it and buy an electrically charged Sonicare model.
Pros: cleans the teeth
Cons: batteries difficult to replace, difficult to turn on and off

Poor Quality

We have been a Sonicare customer for many years, but this model did not hold up to the usual quality. It came with 2 brushes, but one of them only lasted about 9 months and started to make a terrible noise and vibrated a lot more than usual. I would not buy this product again... way too much money for something that lasted less than a year.
Pros: does a good job at cleaning teeth
Cons: unit did not last long

I feel it helps keep my teeth as clean as possible. It does a better job than a regular toothbrush. It doesn't take as long to clean your teeth versus a standard toothbrush. It helps keep the plaque and food between teeth down. My teeth feel cleaner when I use the Sonicare. I believe it has made a difference in my dental health.
Pros: i would recommend it.
