Instructions can be a little confusing. However, the actual set up is relatively easy. I'm satisfied with the product, so far.

I would be very happy to recommend buying an Epsom Printer. A couple of years ago I bought my first Epsom Printer, Home Expressions XP-310 which is still working great. I replaced my older laptop and sold my Epsom XP-310 along with my older laptop which was a Windows 7. I just bought a brand new laptop with Windows 10 on it and had to buy a newer printer that was compatible with it. So I came back to Epsom. I bought it for it's size, excellent printing capabilities, it prints fast and dry. The price was great, and software loaded easily, and it's ink cartridges are reasonably priced. Great Product! Would recommend to anyone!!

Thanks for an awesome product. I'm enjoying my new printer. I updated from a cannon all in one to the Epson all in one with Wi-Fi connection! Love it.

Horrible

This product is a piece of garbage. It's slow and I have to unplug it every other time it prints something or it doesn't process the next time I try to use it and makes noises like it's trying to work and does nothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ok pinter, terrible software

The printer is fine. A little tricky to set up, but it's ok. The registration software is shambolic! It's broken, barely works and locks up your computer for 1 minutes. It won't go away. You fire up your computer and it's there, in it's default not responding condition and it just sits there with the little wheel spinning around and your computer will barely function. Finely got it to work today, took more than 20 minutes to input maybe 10 small bits of information. Totally awful. Embarrassingly bad. I do hope now I've finally managed to get through this process the software will leave me alone. I've actually spent far longer trying to register, or even just close the registration software, than I have used the printer so far. Why is it so bad?

Don't Bother

When I bought this product, thought it was going to be easy to use, and at first it was. BUT now every time we want to print something out, we have to reconnect that printer and even after that it still does not work. I wish I would have never bought this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
