Very easy to set up and easy to use. Very compact and very portable. Compared to other printers I have used this one is by far the easiest to set up and to use

I really like the fact that there is a clearly written manual to help those of us who are not techies to easily set it up. Plus, when one contacts the service number an actual human will answer. So far I really like this product.

Had it set up before, and had to redo setup.
After changing black ink cartridge, it did not print black well.
bearing in mind, I've not found any printer that is truly user friendly and fully compatible.

its a great small printer/scanner. I set it up no problems, making school a lot easier, and its very reasonable price.
