I LIKE IT ALOT. EASY TO SET UP WIRELESS AND PRINTING IS GOOD, DOWNSIDE IS THAT INK CARTRIDGES EMPTY TO FAST. I DON'T HAVE ALOT OF PRINTING TO DO BUT MY BLACK IS EMPTIED ALREADY. GOT TO BE AN ALTERNATIVE.

It's easy to install except for the fact that the printed instructions that come with the product don't mention that one needs to remove a piece of blue tape inside the printer that covers the cartridge compartment, before printer will function. I would have never thought to look for that, but fortunately, my grandson did discover it.

It worked well at first. After about more than 3 months used, it started acting crazy. The wireless connection does not work anymore. And the cable did not come with the printer. Ink is very expensive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this for my son because he has a lot of papers that he needs to write and I do not have a wireless printer so he would always need to use mine. I decided to get this for him after reviewing other printers to find which would meet his needs the best and for the best price. This turned out to be a great buy as I have also needed to use it on a couple of different occasions. I love the wireless since it allows me to print from my computer also. Good purchase.

You have a decent product, however there are not enough detailed instructions on how to program the device. For example, the email, the cloud, etc. very difficult to set up!!! Very unnecessary

This is my 1st wireless printer. I was initially apprehensive about how well it will work. No more apprehensions. The printer lived up to all my expectations. Easy to set up and easy to make all the bells and whistles happen

I have owned epson printers most of my computing days along with a kodak for photos. By far I will keep going to best buy to gett the epson.
Friends swear by other printers but the ease of use and overall prints I will stay with epson.
The only problem I do have is the wifi thing that I am learning to use. Otherwise I have only praise for it. In reading another review I was suprised that someone would complain about the speed of the scans when there isn't a feeder attached to do that function.
All I know is that I will scan and it takes me little time.
