It seems like a nice printer with many uses available and is wifi, which I like. We needed a good, inexpensive printer to scan and print. This one has other features that we don't really need right now, but we may be interested in using them in the future. With three school aged children using the printer, it is definitely user friendly. The price was good and the ink cartridges are available at local store. Installation, use, looks, print quality are all good. Thank you for your machine.

We chose this printer because it had better quality, speed, and resolution for a cheaper price.
Now I'm very glad we chose it because the printing is so clear and prominent! The Setup has been so simple and a Breeze!

wifi printing

To whom it may concern, I purchased your printer for the express purpose of printing a shipping label for my broken cell phone. I tried to print the label twice and got as a result of the printing, a label that had 3 stripes that did not print. I had to go to the UPS store to accomplish my printing needs. I would think that the results I got was because of the wifi part of the system. I plan to hook the printer up using the usb cable method and then see the results. Unfortunately, I do not have a usb cable readily available, so I will have to see at a later time if that, in fact, was the problem. Thanks for taking the time to read my gripe. Other than that, I like your printer. It is neat and compact and quiet.

need more languajes

everything is fine,just need more languajes,on the sep up sistem is only english and french,you guys must to add spanish,chinese,etcetera,etcetera
