Just bought this yesterday has been great so far. Easy setup and not hard to understand. Love that I can print right from my iPhone that's a great feature.

I received this printer/scanner by UPS today and found that it's easy to install and easy to use! I'm not a computer geek at all, don't know how to install things, need to hire someone to do that for me and then have them show me how to use it. But, this was very easy to install and to operate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A printer that actually works!

I purchased this product to replace a competitor's product that simply died after a very short life. This competitor's products had constant software issues also. This product was ridiculously easy to set up and install. So far the software works perfectly in both Windows Vista and Windows XP. Printing from my work Android and my daughter's iPhone work perfectly.
As to the printer, NASA would call it "nominal." It does exactly what it's supposed to do with no fuss or complaint. No paper jams, no "losing its tiny little mind", nothing like that.

Study Made Easy

I would highly recommend Epson printers to anyone looking for one. I am a student, and I use a printer practically everyday. Without one life would be very challenging. This is my second Epson printer, and my first one lasted years with no issues. Unfortunately, during a move gravity had other ideas.... Now I have a brand new amazing printer that is even more incredible then the last one!
