I really like the printer. The tech support was excellent... The only thing that I am in question about is the life of the printer. I have already had to replace one because of problems. But for the money this is a great printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Received this printer today. Set up was easy and I am not tech savvy. Wireless set up was also easy!!! Since I never could get the wireless to work on my old printer I am thrilled so far

I am not quite sure when I bought my Epson C88+, but it finally died on me. It was such a great printer and a workhorse. I could not even think of buying anything but another Epson.
This time I choose the XP-320 and now I have to say double WOW!
First off, I didn't know it came with a scanner, which just thrilled me; when I went to Windows 7, my scanner was not compatible.
I just changed ink cartridges which was so simple since the computer told me when the ink was out.
Best of all, it works off my Wi-Fi! I am thrilled with this printer and have already recommended this printer.
