After years of using another company's product, I thought I'd give something new a spin. This Epson is not a bad product; it's just not as good as I'm used to. The print quality is ok from files; the copy feature looks a little rough. The finished print is not as sharp as the original. The ink cartridge changing process is ridiculous. One only opens the printer bay to change a cartridge. Unless you go through a menu to get the cartridges out so you can change them, they don't move. They should just automatically come out when you open that bay. Unnecessary extra steps.
When this printer eventually gives out, I'll most likely go back to the previous brand I was using.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is possibly the worst printer I ever bought. Once the startup ink cartridge ran out and I replaced it with a new one I can not get it print out a page properly. I am going to give up on this one a replace it with a new HP printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my Epsom all in one but I hate the small ink cartridges that apparently I can't have refilled at a cheaper price.
