Why I wouldn't recommend is it says I'm not hooked to wifi every time I turn around and then I have to have some one help me get back on !

Very difficult WI-FI setup

I am very educated in IT and this product was nearly impossible to setup on WI-FI.
If you are not computer savvy, do not buy this product if you want to use it wirelessly.

paper problem

After I set it up and did a test print, the printer kept spitting out pages. The only way to stop it was to cancel and shut it off. When I turned it back it, it continued to spit out pages.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

problem with registering

registration asked for DD/MM/YYYY for date of purchase
I typed in 29/06/2015, and it told me to put a valid date
I typed 06/29/2015, and it accepted the date
DD/MM/YYYY... 06/29/2015...
notice anything wrong???

One more time

I purchased this printer to replace the printer I had before this one ( Epson XP-424). That one just decided to die on me on 3/5/2016. I do not think I owned that one for a year and could not find the reciept or box. In the past Epson was the only printer I would buy for the longest time. I have always been happy with the quality of the product and ease of finding and replacing ink. The printer I had before the 424 was a 400. That one just did not like printing pictures, but everhting else was great. I had that one in my motor home when traveling, it was a champ. I am giving a low rating now but will have to get back to you on this one

i am unable to truthfully answer these questions because my computer cant find the printer as a wireless so i am going to have to buy a usb cord and see if i have any luck if not returning to the store
