Good quality print but poor wifi connectivity

I got the printer for one purpose, to print from my mobile devices. It has good print quality for the price. The copy function is good.
Setting up the wifi is awkward. You have to enter case sensitive info with an alphabetic matrix by using some arrow keys to place the selector and then hit OK. If you make a mistake it is difficult to redo.
It quite often looses the wifi connection and has to be reset.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Frustration

I am in the process of trying to install my new printer, and can not complete the installation. I find the instructions incomplete and unclear. I received a message that the print queue was not added, and I should see the printer guide; however, there is no printer guide other than the "quick" one, and this says nothing about the problem. I tried to find help on their 'support' website, and found this extremely not helpful. It is complicated, not clear, and just useless. I will try the phone tomorrow, but I am on the verge of returning this thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would I recommend: Yes. I feel this is a very good home utility printer. It probably should not be your choice for high quality photo printing or volume printing.

I've had trouble with this printer ever since we got it! Very unreliable! It has wasted my time trying to troubleshoot the problems and cost a lot of money by saying to buy new ink cartridges and then saying they are incompatible with the printer. I wouldn't buy another Epson!

Small and great quality print. A small price printer for doing every thing a home printer needs to do. Do not need Fax so this fills the bill. Easy set up and good Wi-Fi connection. had a previous model and it was great, needed new printer so went for the next model up.
