I purchased my Epson printer a couple months ago and have used it regularly since. No problems, the menu "walks" you through whatever it is you need. I would definitely recommend this product to others!

I am not in any way a computer/printer smart person...Epson made me think I was smart!!!! Set up was sooooo very easy and the quality of the print is beautiful!!!! Inexpensive and easy use...I'll take that anyday!!!! Thanks Epson!!!!

Epson XP320 Small All in One

I love this printer. I just retired and wanted to print recipes and home improvement articles. The printer was easy to install and it is simple to maintain. I would highly recommend this to a person who does not need to print in high volume, but wants a high quality print product for small projects.

Nice compact printer. Had to use you tube to figure out how to change ink cartridge. It could be much simpler. When ink is out lift lid and the cartridge blink to show which one is out and move to center. Instead you have to go thru settings on front panel. It locks up and you have to unplug the printer and restart. I don't think I would purchase this epson again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
