This printer consumed so much time and energy from my work schedule that I totally regret the purchase. It's a poor quality product in every aspect and I ended up returning it in less two months. Do not recommend it at all. I did not want to give any stars for overall rating but system makes you put min one. In my experience, it is zero stars.
I would recommend this to a friend!

fOR THE SECOND PRINTER THAT WE PURCHASED WE ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. IT WILL NOT PRINT. IT WILL SCAN BUT WILL NOT PRINT. WE HAVE CHANGED THE INK CARTRIDGES IN BOTH PRINTERS AND STILL IT WILL NOT PRINT. WHY??????????CED

Easy usage and print quality great. Negative is that the ink cartridges are to expensive. Overall, a great Printer and copier.

Poor print quality. Very slow. Kept cleaning the heads, but didn't help much.
Don't buy this printer.

I have tried to get the thing to work, my friends have tried to get it to work. I bought it because it was cheap & should have known better. I will not buy another Epson product. I have never had a problem with a printer in fact my first printer was an Epson. No more

I have nothing but trouble since I got this printer. I even try to get help with the store I bought from they wouldn't help me. I may have to take in to see what is wrong.

This model replaced a forty year relationship with another brand of printers. This printer works fine for use in it's intentions.
Pros; Prints quickly in dark mode, easy cabinet to keep clean, takes abuse (grand kids) well. The scanner is easy to work with and reproduces excellent pictures and files.
Cons; The printing action, paper positioning, printer pin positioning are all way louder than other all-in-ones I have seen at comparable prices. Ink is used heavily, often producing wet prints in color mode. Epson branded ink is expensive.
I would recommend this to a friend!
