My Epson Printer

This has been a great printer for my needs, however, I can not scan. The printer will not accept our TWC password. What can I do?
Also, I originally set it for wireless printing and lost the connection. Now I have to use a USB cable. Can I fix this?

Epson XP420

I have had this printer for a few weeks. so far I can say I am pretty satisfied. I can print from my computer or an of my wireless devices. It is pretty neat sitting in my living room and printing something from my iPad on the printer in the study. However, today I wanted to scan something. I cannot figure out how to scan something directly to a hard copy which is what I want.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had no trouble setting up my new Epson XP-420.. It had easy to follow instructions - step by step.. I would recommend this type of printer to my friends..

Purchased XP420 this afternoon. Immediately installed it after returning home. Instructions were great and quality of the print is outstanding. Could not be more pleased!
