Shortly after setup started having problems with printing of material sent to it. Tried trouble shooting procedures still not right

Every time I want to print something the heads need to be cleaned. This is a major inconvenience and a waste of time.

I've used other printers and this one is by far the best one I have ever had and used...my mother uses it more than I do and it offers everything we need in a printer...kinda strange being satisfied with a printer...but I am ...thanks Epson..

The printer is a very good option for a reasonable price. it provides lots of functionality and is easily configured to print from several different locations: smartphone, PC, anywhere.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you want to scan, try another printer

I hardly ever write reviews. I've had the printer for about a year now and I use it rarely. It's okay for printing...just okay, because the ink smears sometimes as it's printing...before it's even off the printer. But the thing that bugs the most is when I need to scan something. I had to reinstall drivers again, turn my computer off and on several times before I could get it to work. Then walked away...and it didn't recognize the scanner, again. So I finally restarted the computer again. Don't do it. Stay away from this printer. It's not worth the money.

we don't use the printer frequently and the ink cartridges although full, seem to get plugged up. the feature on the printer to clean the cartridges has not been successful and so we use the printer even less or not at all. a detailed manual with the equipment would have been helpful. I feel i own a printer which can not be relied upon.

It's decent

Very happy with speed and quality of prints and scans. Not happy with how difficult it is to keep it connected/recognized by my iMac & Macbook. 50/50 shot every time I try to use it. Only works when wired, wi-fi connection constantly drops and entering the password to reconnect is a huge pain.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Glitches/Bugs

We bought this printer to replace our old printer ( used for 7 years). I miss that printer. This printer is hard to turn on, slow to start once you do get it turn on and very complicated to get to work. The only plus I have found for this printer is the ink is extremely cheap to purchase compared to our old printer and I suppose I could add that it sort of prints like it is supposed to (skips pages). Overall I would go back to our old printer if I could.
