Extremely easy setup and high quality print. Excellent LCD screen and intuitive directions. Although this sat in a closet before setting it up for almost a year, I am very happy with my purchase. Wish I hadn't waited so long!

Great printer until Error Message popped up 'Filter' failure.
No solution so far up until this Apple/Epson conflict the printer works great now dead.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this is the best i love my printer. this december will be a year since my husband got it for me now i can get important papers printer scan and email them back without leaving my house. love it

I use this printer in my Home Office, so i only need to print documents, scanning and copying, I haven't really used the picture printing feature, but it does the work for me, the only drawback is that it seems to use up ink faster than normal for such a limited amount of printing that I do and i would've liked to be able to scan pages larger than letter size.
I would recommend this to a friend!

There was no User's Guide when my XP-420 was
purchased from Office Depot. I had a Canon before
which had a printed guide for its printer. Having to go to the XP- 420 User's Guide via Windows is too
difficult and laborious. I am very discourage with all of this difficulty, What can you do to help me??????
If you can't help, may I return XP-420 to Office Depot
for full credit and select another brand with your
authorization. Thank you. Patiently would like your answer as soon as possible.
