Unable to use after a month!

I am still unable to use my printer, follow the instructions. I need something I can hold in my hand while I try to manipulate all the steps. It probably works quite well, but when you have no one to guide you through all the non familiar jargon it is just too complicated!

Used my printer a few times and it worked ok. Didn't use it for about a month and when I tried to print again the ink was dried up on a couple of colors. Replaced all ink, cleaned heads and still won't print all the colors. Don't waste your money on this printer.

This printer is OK for printing documents but
Not very good for color photo printing. The quality is just not there. The Wi-fi sync procedure was poor at best and required repeating the procedure numerous times to connect. I would recommend a higher priced printer.

I have been using printers of all brands and types at work and home for more than 35 years now. The Epson XP-320 is by far the worst I have ever operated. It is slow and requires many steps to perform a simple tasks. So, I can truly say I HATE IT . . . . . I never owned an Epson before and never will again.

I like this printer and it travels easily with me. The only problem I have (and with all printers) is that when it sits for a period of time the ink dries out and I have to buy new ink. This is irksome because ink is so expensive. Is there any fix for this?
