I love my new printer. I make lots of cards for our church. Birthdays, get well, etc. I was not hard to set up at all. We are in our 70's so it was perfect for us to do. (thanks) I would like to know what I can do to make the black stop coming off on my envelopes. Just on the last part. The edge !! I have to white out on them every time, but I still love my printer. I really like the way it scan !! Love it !!

Friends of Epson,
Yes, we have a new Epson ZP-420. I like it. It produces good quality color prints and photos. Price-wise it is hard to beat. I'm a non-techie, so I like its ease of operation. It's wireless and doesn't require a printer cable, but you can attach one if you like.
My two main criticisms are: (1) It's slow, and (2) it doesn't have a USB port which is helpful if you want to scan to a "thumb drive." Oh yes, it cannot be used for FAX.
However, all in all, it's a great little machine for the price.

THIS PRINTER IS A DISAPPOINTMENT. THE INK CARTRIDGES HAVE A CHIP THAT NEEDS. TO BE REPLACE ONCE THE CARTRIDGE GETS EMPTY

Nice printer/scanner/copier for an affordable price. Easy to use. Great print quality. Compact design so it's easy to "live with" in limited space.

It is a good printer that will do all the basic printing and scanning and bit slow and usually uses more ink .
