I have loved this printer so far. The Bluetooth is a nice feature. Haven't had any issues. Definitely worth the price.

I like the compact size and the quality of the prints. Exasperating is the fact that the printer has to be repeatedly installed to fix a frequent problem where whatever app I'm printing from stops responding when I select and push "print". it happens 2 or 3 times a week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great little printer easy setup fast and very clear had an Epson for years good printer but a little slow got another printer wasn't an Epson took it back the same day an I got the Epson Xp-320 sure glad I did really nice little printer would recommend it to everyone

Does what I want

I don't do much IT wise, just wanted a printer that printed and scanned when needed. It does this. Had some problems installing but working with Epson's good tech support was able to get it working with minimal hassles. I know that it has other options and a book in hand would be nice. I would be willing to pay a few bucks to get a hard copy of a nice manual. But yeah, I'd recommend this printer. Peace, John of Milpitas

Epson 420 home

Your product is very hard to program! I am only able to program this item to work on hard wire, and it does not have a card reader for SD cards. It is my opinion that the Epson 420 home printer is to hard to use for the average person, with little computer knowledge.

This printer has been a very good value printer. It has done everything well and somethings better than a more expensive printer I had. My only complaint I have is with the ink cartridges and the low ink meter. The printer shuts down when your ink gets to a low level. My past printer allowed me to run the cartridge empty. I hear the complaint from many others of the poor performance of their ink for the money. I put this printer in the same group. Again only 1 complaint puts this model in a good for the price product.

no issues to report. This is my first wifi printer and I love it . love the technology. set up takes about 30 minutes but its very easy
