While not the most advanced printer in the world, for the price it is an absolute bargain. It is real easy to set up and use.

Bought this copier because I wanted a small-footprint copier that wasn't expensive. Was a little harder to set up than other copiers I have purchased, but it generally works well, and the ink cost per printed page is better than most other copiers I have had. I have had some connection issues with the household wireless system (not the wireless system's fault), and for some reason occasionally the printer will unexpectedly print page after page of gobbledy-gook, which of course wastes ink and paper. I have to reboot the printer and reset the printer to get it to stop, which is another hassle. Perhaps the latest update I downloaded has helped, because I haven't had this problem for the last month, but I still turn it off more frequently than other printers just to play it safe. So, overall, not a bad printer, especially for the money, but not without problems, either.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall this printer is of great quality. Everything I have printed off or scanned has turned out wonderfully. Having the paper feed in the back, giving it a gravity feed is wonderful, causing less problems overall.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall a good quality printer for the price. Has printed all items with good color and clarity. the ink cartridges are more then reasonably price and the scanner works well as well This would be a good printer for a kid at college or a high school age kid with their own pc

Not enough info on how to use

The included instructions only give setup instructions - not how to use all the options. You assume I know what all the symbols mean - I don't. Online instructions are useless - same as above. Printing a copy only offers high gloss, not regular paper, as an option. Almost impossible to set options, keeps going around in circles. I keep pressing OK, but it keeps asking for the same stuff over and over again - and no instructions. Making copies takes forever. I was not expecting a laser printer, but a couple of minutes for a page seems ridiculous. Printing from an online document works quickly. Don't see why they're different.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Happy so far. Other then wish it was easier to print from your phone or tablet. Would be great if you could use bluetooth to print.
