I just do at home simple printing and the Epson 320 works great!! Also, it was very easy to connect the wireless.

Very nice printer

I bought the Epson XP-420 printer/scanner and it worked great for 5-6 months. Then it stopped printing back all together. I performed the maintenance procedures through the printer interface to clear the problem(3 time). Still did not print black at all so I called Epson.
They sent me a new Epson XP-420 no questions asked. Works great again.

My Epson xp 420 developed a use of the blue ink to make blueish background on everything I printed in black. You can imagine my cyan cartridge was soon depleted. I got a tech rep in a reasonable wait time on the phone & she walked me through numerous check maneuvers and finally concluded the printer was defective. This took a while and she finally said the machine was in warranty & sent me a new one.
I thought this was an excellent treatment of a first time customer.
