As stated in another reviews, the display placed on top of the unit is difficult to see and the sub woofer is inadequate.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, attractive soundbar, reasonably priced, decent sound from the soundbar
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor sub woofler, display difficult to see, insufficent set up directions
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For the money, the sound quality is very good. Design is attractive but could have fabric over the speakers to catch dust. Wireless sub-woofer not essential to my setup. Bar is not compatible with my TV so must work off its own remote, not the one for my TV/cable. Info not available until you read the user manual at home.
Pros: Durable
Cons: should work with tv/cable remote
I would recommend this to a friend!

worked out great in our bedroom where we didn't want a lot of clutter by the TV
sounds great, for something this size... remote sub synced up w/out any drama.
only problem is trying to get one of our other universal remotes to control this...to eliminate the small remote that came with the unit.

I really like the audio bar sound system. It looks great and sounds awesome! The only thing I don't like is the subwoofer doesn't have a volume knob. I would like to be able to control it myself, but it can only be turned up by turning up the volume on the sound bar. But I'm still very happy and satisfied!
Pros: Lightweight, Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, sleek and powerful
Cons: subwoofer has no volume control.

I bought this unit because I wanted great sound for a great TV. Let's face it, LED TV's don't have alot of room for speakers and the sound quality will suffer. This sound bar sounds good, not quite like a full 6 speaker surround system, but very good if you don't want to deal with all the wires.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The sound is not much if any better than the TV speakers in the TV. Would have expected more from Samsung.

Good soundbar system

This system is very easy to set up. I found cheeper models did not include sub woofer so to get the same sound quality they would have ended up costing more and would not be wireless or provide for a smooth look.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Inexpensive, space saving
