I've used a number of trimmers/groomers in the past. This one is the best I've ever used. Very comfortable in the hand, powerful, lite, charge lasts forever. Highly recommended!!

I would and have recommended this trimmer to friends and family. So easy to use, from the way you can change from each different head, to the feel in your hand. Wonderful product.
Pros: ease of use., great feel in your hand., charge lasts very long time.

OVERALL I LIKE THE PRODUCT. THE THING THAT IS DIFFICULT IS THE DESIGN OF THE HAIR SPACERS. THIS PART IS DIFFICULT TO REMOVE WHEN ADJUSTING TO DIFFERENT THICKNESS OF HAIR. THE CLIPPER END FALLS OFF WHEN MAKING THE CHANGE.
Pros: holds charge
Cons: changing spacers

Without a guard, either or the trimmer heads give a fairly close trim, but it's still about a half millimeter longer than what I want. Also, the interchangeable heads slip off a little too easily during normal use. On more than one occasion, I've been using the wide trimmer head on my neck and it has come off completely. This is just during normal, non-strenuous use. There should be a bit more resistance in the coupling.
Pros: very long battery life, good variety of interchangeable heads, trimmer guard with actual "real" numbers, quick charging
Cons: interchangeable heads fall off too easily, no guard still doesn't trim close enough

This has a lot of features and works pretty good for what I need. Where it fails is its lack of superior detailing. Although it states that there's a detailing feature, it's not good at all. I end up making things worse. I've actually had to go back and use my old groomer to get proper detail. I wouldn't buy it again and have a hard time recommending it.
Cons: lack of detail quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best battery life of any shaver I have ever owned.

I have no complaints about this shaver at all. I plug it in to charge once in a great while but, I am amazed that I can leave it off the charger for, what seems to me, an extremely long time and it still works without loss of power.
I would recommend this to a friend!
