This product probably gives more bang for the buck than most other electric stoves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove is easy to use and easy to clean (I clean the burner bowls with baking soda: works great!). My baking needs are simple, so I use the stove primarily for cooking. You couldn't pay me to buy or use a gas stove. I hope this lasts as long as my mom's GE Hotpoint, which served her well for almost 50 years.

It worked fine so... when I saw how expensive ranges had become I bought one of these for my house. It does everything I need it to reliably. The only complaint I have is their is no broiler pan with it..

I wanted something basic that had a very good track record as far as dependability. From all the reviews (and from my own experience with other GE appliances), I felt that this was the one for me. It is a basic model without a lot of frills but it meets all my baking/cooking requirements. I have been very pleased with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased this GE stove - For 1 thing, it has a neat overall appearance; I like the dials on the top portion; it has a nice big oven window as well. I like coil burners, as I like using various types of pans and don't have to worry about which type to use. I love the way the sides are finished; is not the usual smooth finish like the front; it's like a matte finish. I've looked at other models and the bottom drawers were 'cheaply done'; not sturdy like this 1 is ... GE is a well known trusted brand and I would recommend this stove to those who want just a nice, affordable, simple model !
