I work as a mountain guide and it is important that my phone can take some beating now and then. This box is excellent , I would trust it to take a good drop and it feels rough in my hand. The box is quite big, but I think it would be impossible to make it smaller with the same quality.

I had purchased another case for the LG G3 by another big name brand but the openings of the aux and micro usb ports of the case were way too small and didn't allow for an aux cable & micro usb cable to plug in. The Otterbox case was perfectly designed to fit all aux cable sizes and micro usb cables to fit.

The only thing I would change is that I would put a hole in the "holster" piece so the user can press the power and volume buttons when the phone is in the holster with the screen facing out.
You could almost play hockey with your phone when it is in this case.

The clear plastic over the screen makes it difficult to operate icons on the edge of the screen. The touch sensitivity is also greatly reduced. I quickly found myself applying “force” to the screen during operations.
The case itself is made well and I have no fears of dropping my LG G3 anymore.
