I have always used an Otterbox for all my phones. It's the greatest protection from damage all around. I would like to see other color choices offered. You can't beat the protection that the Defender offers.

The case quality was wonderful, it came in excellent packaging and was easy to put on the phone. However the screen protector does not fit against the phone screen well, leading to distortions in the phone's image especially when viewed from an angle. I enjoy everything else about the case, the dust covers for the ports are excellent, and the case feels good in your hand. It has the perfect amount of grip, it doesn't slide easy without being uncomfortable. It also protects the phone well without adding too much bulk, which is important given the phone's original size.
Overall I recommend the case for purchase, but you might consider removing their screen protector and using your own film that fits the screen better.

When I received my case, the screen protector had a crack in the bottom panel. Knowing that it was plastic, if it were dropped it would break. I called customer service, asking how to go about fixing my problem. I was told that it was covered under the warranty. All I had to do was take a picture and send it in. Well being new to my phone I took a picture with it. I called customer again and they helped me send the picture using my phone features. They confirmed the damage & sent me a new case. Other than having a weather delay during shipping. My case arrived undamaged this time. Customer service went above and beyond providing me with the help I needed. My only regret is that I forgot to note the three individuals names. My first call was handled a women and the two others by gentlemen. If all of your staff is as friendly and knowledgeable as these you have a great company. My daughter-in-law asked me yesterday where I got my case and I told her Otter Box.com. And in the future if anyone should ask I am definitely going to recommend Otter Box.

I purchased an Otter box because my daughter was the first of us two to do so, and I loved hers. Now I have mine and its great.
The price seemed a little high but it did include excellent 2 day shipping.
I got the pink one, which pink is my favorite color and it is pretty. I would recommend this product to anyone...especially someone trying to decide what to purchase.
I know Otterbox will be what I get for my next phone one day. Its and A++!

I have this case for my phone and my wife's phone. We have 4 kids so if they happen to get a hold of the phones we don't have to worry because these cases offer complete protection. I wouldn't have any other case!

The case fits the phone very well and the protection it provides is great. There are no issues with the screen protector, I have had problems with other brand's cases in this respect.
I was dissaapointed with the limited color choices. I saw that with other phones I had more options.

I like the otter box for the fact that it makes it much easier to hold my phone and if I lay it down the rubber makes it stay in place much better. The only complaint I have is that in order to use "the square" for credit card purchases I have to cut off the plastic lips on the side of the ear plug port for these prevent the square from plugging into my phone. I have had to do this twice now and wish someone would modify their design either the square designers or Otter box designers.
