Picture quality is great!

Bought a fatty t.v. for the hubby for xmas. Knew from the start it would be a Samsung as we purchased smaller flat screen for the bedroom last year. Sound and picture are terrific. What I love the most though is I know how to use all the special features on the remote. Very intuitive. Thanks for making it easy.

Samsung 630 HD LCD TV

I am very happy with my new TV. It is relatively simple to use with add ons for different devices. The picture is clear and give options to picture type such as movie or natural or dynamic. It was easy to set up right out of the box.
The old black and white films I like to watch are much more clear and have almost a three d appearance whether they are from DVD or on cable.
It was a great deal especially at Christmas time! I love my Samsung 630.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, great for black and white or color films

I have had this TV for a month now and I love it. Easy to set up with intuitive controls and menus. Crystal clear HDMI Blue Ray, PC input and Cable. I can't comment on the sound though, it is hooked directly into the stereo reciever.

I researched for a LCD HD TV that was affordable and exhibited good to excellant performance features. This model was highly rated by Consumer Search and Consumer Reports. I've own it since early December '10 and, so far, very pleased with my choice.

This TV was easy to setup and connect componets to, including our Bose System and DVD recorder. The user controls are easy to get a handle on with only a few minutes useage. It was a surprise how nice photos look when viewed via USB port. Picture look great from standard DirecTV and even better from DVD's. I haven't connected to over-the-air antenna yet but with most channels now in HD, it will look awesome I'm sure. We are viewing this TV from 15' away and works out perfect for our viewing preference. The sound quality from the built-in speakers was impresive compared to what I was expecting; use the equilizer to adjust to your preferences via the menu page. With great specs, this 46" LCD is certainly a wise choice and a recommended purchase!

A Good Value for a Family Room Set

I have had this TV for three weeks now and we are very pleased with the choice. It delivers a sharp picture for a good value. We have it hooked up to Verizon Fios HD using the HDMI connection in a very bright family room (lots of windows behind the couch). The picture is very sharp for both TV and DVDs with our upscale DVD player, even on a bright day.
I did research prior to my purchase and found that 240mHz and LED were not worth the money. We watch a lot of sports and movies and the motion is incredibly sharp, with no blurring that older sets have. The 120mHz refresh rate is more than adequate.
The ports on the back provide multiple HDMI ports along with other connections, including a LAN connection. I was able to access pictures off of a network attached PC, but was unable to access the web directly to get to youtube or other video sites. I have not called the help line yet to see if this is an option, but will do this when I get some time.
Bottom line is that this is a great TV for HD and is a very good value.
