Really great tv! Only problem I seen was in the the Dynamic setting from time to time the brightness will change up and down. Don't really watch much in the Dynamic anyhow so that's not a big issue. Only other problem I ever noticed was on 30 rock and ONLY on 30 rock, it blurs.. not sure what's up with that.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: brightness goes up and down in dynamic setting

Colors are vibrant and rich. Blacks are very black after some tweaking. Bluray movies look amazing. Overall I am very happy with this TV.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, 24hz 1080p
Cons: amp stutters once in a while

So far an excellent product. Since most LCD TVs in a given price range are pretty much the same, what sold me was the ability for the TV to play .mp4 HD videos I've created on my iMAC. I'm able to play 1080i HD video without the need for Blue Ray or a stand-alone media player. Simply plug in a Flash Drive containing the movie and view it in HD. Picture quality is awesome.

From Plasma to LCD

I just switched from a long history of being a Samsung plasma buyer to this LCD tv. I am impressed with all aspects of the tv. Deep blacks (my main concern in switching) and vibrant contrast. I have no need for the 120hz "EXTRA" processing as the tv seems to handle everything well with it's native 120hz.

Stunning difference

Needed a quick purchase when my previous 42" LCD of a much lesser brand stopped working. After a couple days of reading reviews online and talking with some friends, I went with this tv. Could not believe the picture difference between my previous LCD and this Samsung. After a week of viewing I am incredibly happy with this tv. It wasn't really in our budget to buy a new tv right now, but at least the quality difference has made it worthwhile.
I have this tv hooked up to a TiVo Premiere; HD channels are stunning, and even standard definition channels look good. Much clearer than my other tv.
I would recommend this to a friend!
