It works fine and is a cheap alternative to a Nest. It doesn't do what a Nest does and it isn't as easy as a Nest but it does work just fine.

This thermostat was so easy to install, the app and set up was a breeze. I recently had to go out of town unexpectedly and was thrilled that I could remotely set the thermostat for the time no one was in the house!

Installed with no problem. Software easy to use after reviewing options.. Had some minor difficulty understand schedules and time limits but was able to figure it out.

Upgraded from an earlier hand programmable wall unit to this wireless unit. Had to have HVAC tech install a five wire as I had a three wire - after this setup and programming were simple. Able to monitor and change settings remotely via iphone.
