Cannot control the upstairs unit from the app. Says it may take 10 minutes to 1 hour to upload schedule. Phone times out way before then.

I have four of these now. Two controlling gas furnace AC systems and two controlling baseboard space heaters. Much more even comfort with the baseboard heaters instead of the old line voltage thermostats.

Enjoy the way I can change the temperature without having to get up and going to the thermostat all the time. Looking forward to using it remotely while on vacation.

This is the 5th one I have installed at my church. Great for modifying heating/cooling schedules on the fly when meetings come up or get cancelled. Really cuts down on energy use.

I installed the unit in about 15 min and went on line to set it up that took about 10 Min. I just wanted to upgrade from my previous 7500 Honeywell unit and the programming is much easier and intuitive and I can change the settings in a snap.
