Hangs on wall, works. Nothing special about this unit. Can't do much with APP. Other than setting the schedule or changing temperature, you can view outside temperature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cannot get information to delete previous account

Bought a home with this thermostat and have NO information about the previous owners or account. It WILL NOT allow me to register without deleting the previous account that I have no way to get information on.
I love everything about this product, except that the temperature is off by two degrees. I called to see if the temperature could be calibrated and they said no. So, unfortunately, if I want the temperature to be at 20 I have to set it at 22. Needless to say I am disappointed with Honeywell.

I bought this unit a few years ago. After several routers and the latest NETGEAR router, it worked great until this weekend, Planned obsolescence?

My house is very hard to keep warm and I constantly turn heat up then back down. Having the ability to change the temperature settings from my cell phone is awesome.
