first one did not last long backlighting quit working and would not connect to WIFI. Lucky I had purchased two, installed second unit in same location and has now been working about a month. have had several days where the application on my phone says web service not available. Looking online seems to be a common complaint.

Honeywell having major problems with their server. AC cycles too often. Would not recommend due to Honeywell problems with the internet.
