The thermostat works exactly as I expected. Having the ability to access the heating and cooling system's by smartphone is a great convenience.

The app is inconsistent. At times it enables me to change the temperature but other times it randomly doesnât allow me to sign in

initially the written install instructions were a bit confusing, until I watched the video which clarified the wifi hook-up.

I have seven of these on my commercial properties and they allow me to cut electrical cost. When tenants come in they blast the temperature so I am able to monitor and change it. The saves me money every month! They easily pay for themselves.

I have been fortunate to install about 15 Honeywell thermostats over the last several years. I installed one yesterday for a friend and their family is very happy with it.

This is our third Honeywell Wifi Thermostat. One at home and one at our vacation home. We recently sold our previous vacation home and the new buyer was quite excited about the thermostatâs capability. Setting the temp remotely is a big factor.

I have a question? What is the minimum wifi power that is needed to run the thermostat when I put my wifi on seasonal when I travel??
