It is difficult to install when there is no C wire. I was able to install everything except that. I had to have an electrician friend of mine come over to fix that. I also had lots of difficulty in getting it connected to Comcast Wi-Fi.

Pretty good so far. Operable for around a month. Had one instance of not being able to log in to the app so far. Will wait and see how reliable this is long term.

The Thermostat is easy to install and the phone app is also easy to use. The only issue is that the thermostat will not keep the correct time and the set times are in 15 minute increments, so I'm not able to turn it off and on at the right times.

Very easy to install, great instructions. So nice to be able to adjust the thermostat when needed if you are not at home.

I upgraded from pretty much the same thermostat to this model with wifi access. Very happy with function and connectivity.

Everything seemed great , until your network was down and unfortunately that was 2 days after my installation. Then I received an email every hour telling me your company couldn't communicate with the thermostat. Honestly not impressed.

So far very good experience using the app or directly the thermostat. I like to clear visual and easy navigation. The only downside is maybe to size of the thermostat - little too big. Overall great product.
