I replaced an older Honeywell unit and decided to stick with brand Honeywell over the Nest product. I love the ability to control my thermostat from my phone. I donât have to get up from my desk when I am working.

Wifi setup was painful at best. There are two honeywell thermostats in the system and then the online app decided that my zip code was not correct even though it was when I had set up the first thermostat last year... Online help was not useful

Weâre snowbirds and like the one we have in the mountains. I like the phone app that changes the Temp remotely. The one in Fl doesnât have the inside humidity which the one in the mountains has. I like the outside temperature and humidity.

I had 3 previously and one went bad in less than a year. I had a professional A/C contractor check the whole system. The thermostat stopped turning on the compressor out side. Inside fan unit still functioned. Replaced the thermostat and all works
