Easily installed except for a wire I needed to hook up at the furnace. Not a Honeywell issue, my issue but otherwise very pleased.

Provides me the ability to know HVAC is working. Also, easy to change any settings. Thus, home is the right temperature when we arrive while conserving energy when not home.

Difficult to get WiFi connection. My unit lost connection in July and Iâve been unable to get it reconnected. I e removed it from its base multiple times. It never says CONNECT WIFI so I canât get it to sync back up. :-(

Installed easy enough even with the extra step of pigtailing the 'C' wire in the furnace/blower. WiFi connection works great.

I have three of these WiFi stats in my homes and also in my childrenâs home. Love what they do, but had to replace this last one cause it had a problem with the touch screen and could not adjust temp on touch screen. I tried to get support on this

Had a Honeywell programmable before purchasing this Wifi thermostat. Had a little glitch with the app after about a week but tech support fixed the problem in a matter of minutes so now ( the wife can change it from her chair )
