The thermostat works well. There are many customization settings listed in the manual. The mobile app connects quickly and reliably. I also liked the enhanced security precautions required so I feel very secure that no one can hack it.

Not real happy about the amount of server maintenance being done and the lack of notification about it. We live in south central Saskatchewan and the current temperature is -32 C. Need to know if my furnace is working properly while I am gone!
