it did not work, our furnace did not run and our cabin got down to 40 degrees, very disgusted with the item

It works great! Honeywell is a iconic company that's been around for many years and has the most experience with controller technology. You do not need to go any farther than this!

This was simple and straight forward to install even with adding the c wire. App is easy to understand and use. I would recommend to anyone.

I love these green screen smart thermostats, too bad they are no longer available, they are reliable and keeping running to years and conform to the KISS principle (Keep it Simple Stupid).

When using ac the fan motor starts blowing then after 30 seconds fan relay drops then reengages to finish cycle. So far I have not found a solution

I love these thermostats, we currently own 5 of them, 3 at our main house and 2 at our vacation home. Iâm not very HVAC savy, so had our service person do the the HVAC connections. The IT setup is very straight forward and did that myself.

Thermostat does not stay connected. It worked for a few days. Then not. Called customer service. They advised to push it on sides. Did so and it worked for a few more days. Am going to have it professionally replaced.
