This is a great case, I never had one problem with this one. I accidentally dropped my phone 11-12 feet above the ground, and not a mark on my phone with this case on. I would most certainly recommend this case to a friend any day.

I haven't dropped my phone yet so I can't tell if the impact protection is up to the five star rating but it does withstand the everyday abuse that you would expect from a protective case other than it's not water proof. This case seems to me that it would absorb a significant impact if it were to be dropped from a normal chest high level onto a cement or asphalt floor without any damage. It is designed well. It is easy to open and close if you need to access the phone itself. The buttons work very well through the case. the screen protector is easily cleanable with any soft cotton tee shirt and the condensation of your own breath. The only down side is I wish there were more colors available for my phone. I don't know of any company out there that is making a better protective case for cell phones than Otter Box. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs to protect their investment as a cell phone or i pod or whatever. This company has it! Thank You Otter Box!!

Bought my wife a Samsung Galaxy 4 Mini and knew I needed a case. Looked at a lot of different ones, and there are some nice ones out there, but after research and seeing the Otter in person, I knew this would be the one I should purchase. The phone store didn't have the one for the Mini, so I ordered it directly from Otter. Great service, fast delivery, quality product. This one is worth buying, you won't go wrong. The wife loves it.

After putting the case on it's hard to navigate around the screen as the protector screen doesn't sit close enough to glass. Have to click a couple of time to select anything. I feel like cutting off the plastic screen. Other than that its hard wearing.
